Enrollment
This phase lasts from the very beginning of October 2023 until the middle of November 2023. On our website as well as social media we are going to share a link to Microsoft Forms through which you will be able to sign up your team to the contest. During this time, two webinars by experts from Aalborg University will take place.

Game design and development
Our research begins now so our team will send out surveys for you to fill out! This phase lasts until mid-December and involves designing and development of your game under the supervision of one of the expert and our team. In this phase you will be invited to participate in three webinars on the topic of the development of digital competences, namely, communication and collaboration.

Final touches

This is the last phase of working on your game. You have time until the end of February 2024 to send in the final version of your game. Of course, you can still consult it with our expert. This is also the time to conclude our research by sending out the second survey for you to fill out.
Time to shine
In March 2024, the Open Day takes place at the Institute of English Studies. Your task is to pitch the game and allow visitors to play it. Their voice will be important when choosing the winner.
4.
The grand finale
After 5 months of hard work, we will have the greatest pleasure to choose the winner and announce the winning team during an online award ceremony. The final verdict will be decided by the Jury (consisting of our team and the experts) as well as the community of the Institute of English Studies through online voting.
